Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please feel free to call us at 817-233-3980 or return the item within 30 days of purchase, and we will exchange the product or refund your credit card account for the entire amount, less shipping and handling charges. For items returned without a receipt, Pirata della Strada® only offers an exchange or online store credit at the current selling price. The following rules also apply to all returns and exchanges:

1. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
2. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
3. Most exchanges and returns are processed within two weeks of receipt.

Returning by Mail:
